REGISTRATION QUESTIONS

Is pre-registration required for the SAFE show?

STALLS – We highly recommend that you reserve your stall(s) for the show in advance. The first people who register will be assigned the stalls closest to the show arenas. If you wait until the day of the show to enter, you’re likely to end up in a stall that’s a bit farther from the action.

CLASSES – You may pre-register for Main Arena, Trails, or Hunter classes, but it is not required. However if you want to save some money, pre-entry fees are lower than day of show fees.

DRESSAGE – You must pre-register for Dressage classes by July 26.

What’s the Token System?

Day of show registrants will purchase tokens for entry into classes at $15 per token. Tokens will be used for entry into any of the Main Arena or Trails classes. Tokens will not be used for Dressage or Hunter classes.

When you check into a class, hand a token to the gatekeeper and give him your number before entering the ring. You can use your tokens for any class you wish to enter, as long as you are eligible for it. Additional tokens can be purchased at the show office throughout the day. NOTE: It is your responsibility to be on time for the classes you wish to enter and to ensure that you do not enter any classes that you are not eligible for.

Which entry form should I use?

Use the online entry form or download the entry form and mail it in.

What if I pre-enter into a class and then decide I want to be in a different class on the day of the show?

You can change classes on the day of the show and you will not be charged an Add/Scratch fee. You can also enter additional classes by purchasing tokens for $15 each in the show office at any time during the show.

What if I pre-enter and then decide I want to add more classes?

We have a special online entry form you can use to add classes if you’ve already registered for the show. Click here to add classes to an existing registration. And remember, you can add as many Main Arena and Trails classes as you like on the day of the show by purchasing more tokens in the show office for $15 each. Dressage classes require pre-entry by July 26.

Do you offer refunds on cancelled entries?

Exhibitors canceling entries after 5pm on Thursday July 30 shall forfeit their paid entry fees, unless you can produce a certificate from your vet or physician prior to the start of your first class. Paid entry fees that are not used or refunded are considered tax deductible donations to SAFE and tax receipts will be issued on request.
